Humans were meant to move: to run, jump, push, pull, dance and climb - yet most people don’t do this on any regularly scheduled basis. Often unaware of having physical issues and/or muscular in-balances that affect posture or movement, many people may find their everyday quality of life impacted by unnecessary pain.
How do you move? What movements or exercise feel good for you? Is it difficult to move? Are you in pain or discomfort when you do certain things?
My passion is to work with people of any age or ability, to improve their overall function using proven prescribed exercise programs & education... in the comfort of their own home. Together we work on developing strength, flexibility, joint stability, cardio endurance / capacity, balance, mobility, body weight, energy - qualities that enhance life and positively contribute to overall well-being and health.
I’m not going to tell you it is going to be easy.. but I am suggesting that its going to be a worthwhile investment in yourself.
